How does Brand Addition guarantee quality control and supply chain compliance?
We guarantee QC through an ISO9001-certified quality management system overseen by our Quality & Compliance team. Our Buyers, Auditors and Inspectors manage each project end-to-end, conducting testing, performance checks, transit trials and inspections. Independent laboratories advise testing protocols while we write Declarations of Conformity and verify certifications and audit reports. Every offshore order receives senior sign-off via our Risk Control Checklist, and high-risk, new or high-value projects undergo a pre-order Panel Test. We maintain a continually updated Product Testing Manual, require authorised lab testing for specific items, and only source from suppliers with valid test reports.
Supply chain compliance is ensured through robust vendor auditing founded on the Ethical Trading Initiative base code. The other business in The Pebble Group plc is Facilis Group, which provides technology solutions and a digital commerce platform to SME promotional product distributors in the United States and Canada.

To keep pricing keen, our buyers continuously benchmark multiple suppliers, run annual category reviews, negotiate market-best rates, consider total acquisition cost, consolidate spend, re-engineer products where appropriate and optimise packing and logistics. Our industry engagement and broader buying power, including North American vendor spend via our sister company, further underpin competitiveness.
Where materially lower competitor quotes arise, we validate like-for-like scope, re-negotiate with vendors and, if a legitimate gap remains, we will often price-match to maintain positive relationships.
